Our Growing IP Footprint: Update on Patent Progress

A key part of our strategy when taking ForgetSPECS to market is ensuring that our intellectual property is secured by patents in all of our key global markets. As ForgetSPECS is an FMCG product, we are specifically focussed on targeting regions with significant consumer bases to ensure as many potential customers can access our product, while at the same time ensuring our products are protected from being copied.

To this end, we have recently secured patent registration in South Korea. This is a pivotal milestone for us as South Korea is renowned for its innovation leadership and is home to iconic brands like Samsung.

ForgetSPECS now holds granted patents in North America, China, Hong Kong, Australia, and South Korea. Applications remain under examination in Europe (covering both the EU and the UK) and Singapore. We have recently submitted formal responses to examiner feedback in both jurisdictions and are currently awaiting further updates.
